I had the b+w version of this, a simple line work, sitting in my hard-drive for ages. I was sitting down to study for "Microbial Interactive Ecology" exam tomorrow and clicked on it to look. Then I began messing with it on Photoshop... and I kept messing... Filters, Gradients, Air-brush, mucking around with layers...
